A national health insurer had member tools spread across multiple legacy portals and apps. Users struggled to view benefits, track claims, and access digital ID cards in one place. Support volume kept climbing, and app ratings reflected the friction.
The Solution
We rebuilt the member experience as a unified mobile app for iOS and Android. The platform combined digital ID cards, deductible and claims tracking, provider lookup, care-plan guidance, and secure in-app messaging. We integrated payer APIs and clinical data connectors to keep information accurate and current.
